Space owners list their commercial spaces with details, photos, and pricing. Food truck owners search and send booking requests. Once approved, payments are handled securely through Stripe.
Is it free to create an account?
Yes! Creating an account on LeaseBites is completely free. We charge a small commission fee on completed bookings, which is how we sustain the platform.
How are payments handled?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. LeaseBites deducts a platform commission from each transaction and the remainder is paid out to the space owner.
Can I list multiple spaces or trucks?
Absolutely. Both space owners and truck owners can manage multiple listings under a single account with no limits.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
Both parties can request cancellations through the platform. Cancellation policies are set by the space owner, and all disputes are handled by our support team.
